At Poncho Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your needs, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items securely in the original packaging or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
